Weissbier

Our bronze-coloured wheat bear appeals thanks to
its robust yeast clouding and voluminous, fine-pored
head of foam. A harmonious interplay of fruity aromas,
above all of ripe bananas and apricots, gives it an
elegant liveliness which develops into a round, soft body.
A trace of hoppy bitterness is interwoven among these
flavours. The finish is distinguished by a pleasant, fruity
sweetness.
